Terms and Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions regarding the turf & installation:
1. After laying the turf, it is crucial to provide ample water for the first 3-4 weeks. It is recommended to water it frequently during this period.

2. Avoid walking on the newly laid turf for a period of 2 weeks, except when necessary for watering purposes. Gentle stepping to water the turf is allowed.

3. Once the turf establishes its connection with the ground, the frequency of watering can be reduced as it requires less watering.

4. Please be aware that the colour of the turf may vary due to weather conditions.
​
5. In colder weather, you may notice a slight frost on the turf, causing the top layer to appear brownish yellow. This is a temporary effect and can occur when temperatures drop below -10 degrees Celsius.

6. After the turf has settled and you mow it, the green colour will be restored. The discoloration is only affecting the top layer, and regular maintenance will resolve it.

Please ensure that you adhere to these guidelines to ensure the successful establishment and maintenance of the turf.

Warranty Coverage for Turf:
We stand behind the quality of our buffalo turf and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty covers any faults with the turf that may affect its ability to grow properly. If you encounter any issues with the turf not growing as expected, we offer the following warranty coverage:

1. Inspection: Our team will visit your location to inspect the turf and assess the issue.
2. Fault Determination: If the inspection reveals that the fault is due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue with the turf, we will take responsibility for it.
3. Replacement: In such cases where the fault is deemed to be our responsibility, we will replace the affected turf with new buffalo turf at no additional cost to you.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, neglect, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.
